LEV Servicing & Maintenance

Employees could be unnecessarily exposed to hazardous substances if the LEV equipment is not adequately maintained and serviced.

The failure to maintain LEV systems could lead to the unnecessary down time of critical equipment and a range of hazards including the risk of fire from a build-up of dust / debris within the system.

Regulation 9 of the COSHH Regulations 2002 (as amended) states that every employer that has LEV equipment must ensure it is maintained in an efficient state, in efficient working order, in good repair and in a clean condition.

Klingman Ventilation Limited can service all types of dust, fume and mist LEV systems, whether it contains a standard extractor or bespoke filter unit, regardless of manufacturer. These include; oil filter mist extractors, wood and metallic dust extractors (wet and dry), fume cupboards and fume extractors.

We are able to offer service packages from a standard service and inspection. All servicing is tailored to your needs and is designed to ensure the performances of the LEV systems are maintained.
